Whilst not a part of our general club offering, we do offer private 1-to-1 or group kickboxing training which can be arranged at a time and location to suit you.
This can be for those wishing to pursue kickboxing as a long-term sport, those wanting to arrange short courses for themselves, a children's group, or other martial arts groups wishing to add a new dimension of striking to their training.
Rob Ó Néill is a WAKO GB Certified Kickboxing coach, holds an Award in Education and Training, and draws from a broad base of competitive experience across striking styles.

We are currently working on building a folk wrestling styles club, to cover traditional British forms of grappling including Collar and Elbow seen to the right.
We hope to be opening a club focussed on these styles soon, but in the meantime we are available to provide training to clubs and individuals who are interested.
Rob Ó Néill holds a BWA Level 1 Certificate, as well as an Award in Education and Training, and can construct and facilitate training programs for students of all ages.

Having been involved in the martial arts for nearly 20 years, and in roles involving confrontation and physical intervention for nearly a decade, Rob is ideally placed to assist clubs in integrating reality based training into their current training.
This can be done in the form of either event days, or longer duration training courses, and course content can be specifically tailored to your needs.
Theory courses on a range of subjects can also be delivered remotely via Zoom if preferred to in-person training.

Whether you're training for competition, for role specific fitness, or just so that you can handle yourself if you ever find yourself in a non-consensual violence situation, we can help you construct your fitness and training program and coach you through it. We offer programs at both an individual and a club level.
Rob is a fully qualified and insured personal trainer who has worked at both an individual and club level, has spent 2 years as a Health and Fitness Instructor with the NHS, as well as having worked with a nationally ranked NI TKD fighter. He brings a breadth of knowledge from this - as well as his experience competing in powerlifting and strongman - to his program design.
